Keep in mind the time after an order until measuring. We normally plan around 4-6 weeks in advance here.
Measuring in can be done when the recess dimensions are final. Any old window frame (with the exception of a raised door) must also be removed and the recess must be fully finished. This means the walls and ceilings must be finished and the living floor (tile, wood, PVC, etc.) must also be in place.
No plastering or sanding is allowed after measuring.
If we are on site and then we are unable to measure, we are unfortunately forced to charge the measurement fee.
There should always be someone present who knows the situation.
Any cancellation must be notified 7 working days in advance, otherwise we will unfortunately be forced to charge the measurement fee.
When cancelling after a measurement, we will charge a cancellation fee of €249 (unless otherwise agreed here).
