Zijn taatsdeuren geschikt voor gebruik in combinatie met vloerverwarming?

Een taatsdeur is in veel gevallen geschikt in combinatie met vloerverwarming. We hoeven namelijk maar één centimeter diep in de vloer te boren. Of dit mogelijk is, hangt af van de manier waarop de vloerverwarming is aangebracht. Bij ingefreesde vloerverwarming ligt de vloerverwarming vaak wat hoger waardoor het soms lastig kan zijn om het taatsmechanisme veilig te plaatsen. Twijfel je of jouw vloer geschikt is? Welke kleuren zijn er mogelijk?

Je taatsdeur wordt geleverd in iedere gewenste RAL-kleur, van klassiek zwart tot elke denkbare tint.

Zijn er voor een stalen taatsdeur aanpassingen nodig aan plinten of de deuropening?

In sommige gevallen zijn kleine aanpassingen aan de plinten of de deuropening nodig om een stalen taatsdeur correct te plaatsen. Omdat de deur in de vloer en het plafond wordt gemonteerd (zonder gebruik van een kozijn) moet de sparing volledig afgewerkt zijn.Plinten die in de weg zitten bij het draaien van de deur worden vaak ingekort of aangepast. Onze vakmensen beoordelen bij het inmeten of aanpassingen nodig zijn, zodat de montage soepel en strak verloopt. Heb je houten of MDF-plinten? Dan voeren wij de aanpassingen graag voor je uit.Via de knop hieronder kan je onze detailtekeningen bekijken met daarbij ook berekeningen rondom het inzagen van plinten per type deur.

Do you choose a single or double pivot door?

Are pivot doors suitable for use with underfloor heating?

In many cases, a pivot door is suitable in combination with underfloor heating. This is because we only need to drill one centimetre deep into the floor. Whether this is possible depends on the way the underfloor heating is installed. With milled-in underfloor heating, the underfloor heating is often a bit higher, which can sometimes make it difficult to install the pivot mechanism safely. Do you doubt whether your floor is suitable? Our specialists will be happy to check with you.

What colours are possible?

Your pivot door is delivered in any RAL colour, from classic black to any conceivable shade.

Does a steel pivot door require adjustments to skirting or the doorway?

In some cases, minor adjustments to the skirting boards or the door opening are required to fit a steel pivot door correctly. Because the door is mounted in the floor and ceiling (without using a frame), the recess must be completely finished.
Skirting boards that get in the way when turning the door are often shortened or adjusted. Our craftsmen assess whether adjustments are necessary when measuring, to ensure a smooth and tight installation. Do you have wooden or MDF skirting boards? Then we will gladly make the adjustments for you.

Assembly and installation

Our professionals will take care of the complete assembly if required. When you make an enquiry via the configurator, you will immediately receive a price offer, which includes measuring and installation. Installing the pivot door yourself is also possible, although we recommend leaving it to our experts. Would you like to install the door yourself? Then we provide clear instructions.

Keep in mind that the system is drilled one centimetre deep into the top layer of the floor. This is often possible even if you have underfloor heating.
