Bespoke steel pivot doors in Ens

In this project, our aluminium doors come into their own thanks to the arched rods. The subtle rounding gives the rooms an aura of character and brings a playful contrast to the clean lines of the interior. This creates a timeless whole in which light, space and elegance come together.

Project explanation

What did we apply?

For this project in Ens, we realised several pivot doors with arched rods. These subtle curves give the doors an elegant and almost classical look, while the slim aluminium profile provides a modern and timeless finish. The result is a perfect balance between character and minimalism.

Two pivot doors have been installed between the living room and the kitchen with side panels on both sides. The generous glass panes provide an abundance of light and enhance the sense of space, while the arched rods give the passage a unique look.

Also between the hall and the living room, the residents opted for a double pivot door with arched rods. This creates a stylish connection between the two spaces and immediately makes the entrance feel warm and luxurious.

The doors are made of aluminium, powder-coated in the colour Aluw Bronze. The 6 mm clear glass provides a clear view and an open atmosphere. A corner handle was chosen for the finish, which gives the unit a modern and refined touch.

With attention to detail, full customisation and a seamless finish, these doors show how functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand.

We tell you more

More information about our working methods

At Aluwdoors, we believe that a door or wall is more than just a practical product. It defines the atmosphere of a room and should perfectly suit your needs. That is why we guide you through the process step by step:

  • We listen carefully to your ideas and think of possibilities.
  • Together, we translate your wishes into a suitable design.
  • In our own factory, we make everything completely to measure.
  • We use high-quality materials for long-lasting results.
  • Throughout the process, you can count on personal advice.
  • Our team ensures careful and neat assembly on site.

So we will make sure you will soon have a door or wall that not only looks nice, but is also practical and durable.

1

Free quote

A project always starts with a first step: requesting a no-obligation quote. This will immediately give you a clear picture of the possibilities, the materials and the associated costs. We take your situation and wishes into account so that the quotation matches what you are looking for as closely as possible.

The advantage? You are not tied to anything and can take your time to see whether our proposal suits your project. So you know exactly where you stand beforehand and can take the next step with confidence.

2

Discussing your preferences

If you are enthusiastic about the offer, we will take the time to discuss your wishes and ideas in detail. During this conversation, we look not only at the practical side, but also at the look you want to achieve. Think about colours, profiles, glass options and details that make the difference.

By translating your preferences into a concrete plan together, we create a clear picture of what the door or wall will look like. This way, we ensure that the end result perfectly matches your style and the space.

3

To measure is to know

After agreeing to the quotation, our specialists will visit you to measure everything accurately. We do this on location, so we know exactly what the situation looks like and what measurements are needed.

By doing this carefully, we avoid surprises and ensure that your door or wall will soon fit to the millimetre. This ensures a sleek and professional end result.

4

The final plan

After taking the measurements, we record all agreements and measurements in a clear order confirmation. You will also receive the render from our configurator so that you can see exactly what your door or wall will look like.

With this confirmation, you can be sure that all details are correct and that everything will be produced as agreed. Only when you agree will we start production in our own factory.

5

Your door is made

Once the design is finalised, we get to work in our workshop in Nunspeet. We process the aluminium, assemble everything and powder-coat the profiles in your chosen colour. All fully customised and with an eye for detail.

The production process takes 5-7 weeks on average, depending on how busy and complex your door is. Once everything is ready, we schedule the assembly.

6

On-site assembly

When your door or wall is completely ready, our installation team will visit you to carefully install everything. We ensure a neat and expert installation, so the end result is ready to use straight away.

Our fitters work efficiently and with an eye for detail. So you can count on a tightly assembled product that perfectly fits the room. Only when everything is completed to your satisfaction, is our work finished and you can fully enjoy your new door or wall.
