Vacancy for powder coater
As a powder coater at Aluwdoors, you will work daily on preparing, coating and finishing aluminium parts. You ensure that each part is properly degreased, hung, powder coated and cured. You work accurately, set the correct settings and continuously check the layer thickness and finish. You switch effortlessly between different tasks and colours, keeping your work varied and precise.
Your tasks
- Pre-treatment and precise powder coating of aluminium components according to the correct specifications
- Setting up and operating the coating installation and associated equipment
- Checking coating thickness, adhesion and finish during the process and upon delivery
- Assess customer situations and respond briefly and professionally where necessary.
- Ensuring a safe, clean and organised workplace throughout the entire coating process
What do we expect from you?
- You have technical insight and work precisely, especially when setting up and applying coatings.
- You tackle practical problems in the process directly and thoughtfully.
- You communicate clearly with colleagues and deliver precise and consistent work.
- You have experience in a production, spray painting or coating environment.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
