What is the Building Quality Assurance Act?

The Building Quality Assurance Act (WKB) ensures that construction works meet certain quality requirements. Since 1 January 2024, this law has been in force. Its purpose? To make building safer and better quality.

For you as a customer, this means having certainty that the structure you pay for meets all technical requirements. This applies to new buildings, but also to conversions and renovations.
