Export manager
Not a classic export role, but one in which you actively build international growth.
At Aluwdoors we are looking for someone to further develop our dealer network, strengthen existing dealers and help open up new markets. You are commercially strong, you think strategically and you ensure that things are actually carried out.
You work closely with dealers, sales, marketing, production and management. Sometimes you are working on growth plans for an importer in the UK, sometimes you solve an operational problem that prevents a dealer from selling successfully.
This is not a position for someone who only processes orders or manages export documents. You will ensure that our dealers can grow commercially, operationally and organisationally.

Your tasks
- Guide and support existing dealers and importers
- Actively seeking new international dealers and growth opportunities
- Expanding markets such as Belgium, UK and Germany, later also France
- Support dealers on larger or more complex projects
- Identifying commercial opportunities and areas for improvement within existing collaborations
- Contributing ideas on strategy, revenue growth and market development
- Interact with sales, marketing and production to ensure processes run smoothly
- Resolving issues around delivery, communication or project support
- Regular visits to dealers, showrooms and partners abroad
What do we expect from you?
- You have 5 to 10 years' experience in a relevant commercial or international role
- You have experience in export, account management or dealer development
- You are solution-oriented and see opportunities and bottlenecks independently
- You can structure and improve processes
- You easily switch between commerce, operations and relationship management
- You are communicatively strong and dare to take responsibility
- You speak good Dutch and English German and/or French is a strong plus
- Affinity with construction, interior or technical products is a plus
Employment conditions

We are not looking for a standard account manager or export officer.
You have to want to make a difference but, above all, you have to be able to make a difference. You see what could be improved, don't wait and take the initiative. You understand how to build relationships, but also dare to be critical when processes, communication or results need to be improved. You get a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility.
