At Aluwdoors, we install high-quality aluminium external cladding across the Netherlands. From modern homes to luxury commercial premises: together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that every façade is fitted to a high standard and delivered to perfection. No two days are the same, and you’ll constantly be working on exciting projects. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that works hard, but where there’s also room for a laugh and a bit of fun.
What are you going to do?
- Fitting the specialist aluminium window frames on site
- Fitting the glass and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is properly adjusted
- Ensure that the assembly bus is ready again at the end of the day for the next working day
- Communicating effectively with customers and the planning team in order to achieve the desired result
What are we looking for?

- You’re handy and you do a neat job
- You like to get stuck in and think in terms of solutions
- You can communicate politely with customers and colleagues
- You speak Dutch
- You don’t have a 9-to-5 mindset
What do we offer you?
- A good salary of between €3,500 and €5,000 per month, depending on experience
- All hours worked will be paid as normal
- Working in a friendly and close-knit team
- Good tools and a well-fitted bushing
